      O’Neill Precision Welding is located in Southern New Hampshire. We are a small shop that focuses on quality. Brian O’Neill has spent well over a decade working in a wide variety of welding industries. Brian is also a Certified Welding Inspector through American Welding Society. O’Neill Precision Welding is dedicated to producing high quality fabrication and welding solutions for every customer.
      O’Neill Precision Welding has the experience and capability to weld a wide variety of materials using a multitude of different processes. We have the ability to write and qualify welding procedures in order to meet code requirements or to simply scientifically prove the applicable welding procedure is of mechanical and structural soundness. Research and Development prototyping capabilities include: lathe and milling machine work as well as automated welding.
      O'Neill Precision Welding has experience with the following materials: Austenitic Stainless Steels: 304/304L, 316/316L, 321, 310 ect. Duplex, Super Duplex, AL-6XN, Inconel, Hastelloy, Monel, Titanium, Aluminum, Carbon Steel, 4130 Chromoly, and others.
      Brian O'Neill's industry experience includes, Biopharmaceutical Manufacturing: 6 years experience working with some of the world’s leading biotech companies including Pfizer, Moderna, Lonza and many others. Scope of work: Fabrication and welding of ultra high purity process piping systems. Weld inspection and quality control. Full BPE and FDA compliant documentation turnover packages for validated systems. Industrial Power Generation: 8 years experience working on site for a number of large scale Power generation companies such as Covanta Energy, Wheelabrator, Pine Tree Power among others. Scope of work included ASME Section IX and Section I code compliant work. Welding of high pressure steam / superheated steam (tube and pipe) as well as a multitude of other code welding applications including GTAW mirror welding. Aerospace: 2 years experience working on non-commercial/private airplanes and flight hardware components. Scope of work ranges from 4130 chromoly tube chassis fabrication and repair to Aluminum, Inconel, and Titanium fabrication and repair. Motorsports: 7 years experience fabricating and welding 4130 Race Bike Chassis and components.
